Hisobni ilovaning o'zidan o'chirish mumkin:

  Profil → «Hisobni o'chirish»

Bu amal QAYTARIB BO'LMAYDI. U bir vaqtning o'zida:

  · telefondagi bazani butunlay tozalaydi;
  · serverdagi hisobni va unga bog'langan barcha yozuvlarni
    o'chiradi — maqsadlar, kunlik rejalar, odatlar, statistika,
    profil ma'lumotlari, texnik diagnostika, qurilma yozuvlari,
    murojaatlar va ularga biriktirilgan skrinshotlar.

O'chirilgandan keyin hech qanday nusxa qolmaydi va hisobni
tiklab bo'lmaydi.

Telefoningiz yo'qolgan bo'lsa yoki ilovaga kira olmasangiz,
xat yozing:

  asatovshokhjakhon@gmail.com

Xatda ro'yxatdan o'tgan elektron pochtangizni ko'rsating.
Hisob 30 kun ichida o'chiriladi.

Аккаунт можно удалить прямо в приложении:

  Профиль → «Удалить аккаунт»

Это действие НЕОБРАТИМО. Одновременно:

  · полностью очищается база на телефоне;
  · удаляется аккаунт на сервере и все связанные с ним записи —
    цели, планы дней, привычки, статистика, данные профиля,
    техническая диагностика, записи об устройствах, обращения и
    приложенные к ним скриншоты.

После удаления копий не остаётся, восстановить аккаунт нельзя.

Если телефон утерян или войти не удаётся, напишите:

  asatovshokhjakhon@gmail.com

Укажите электронный адрес, на который зарегистрирован аккаунт.
Аккаунт будет удалён в течение 30 дней.

You can delete your account inside the app:

  Profile -> "Delete account"

This action is IRREVERSIBLE. It does two things at once:

  · wipes the database on the phone;
  · deletes the account on the server together with every record
    attached to it — goals, day plans, habits, statistics,
    profile data, technical diagnostics, device records, support
    requests and the screenshots attached to them.

Nothing is kept afterwards and the account cannot be restored.

If the phone is lost or you cannot sign in, write to:

  asatovshokhjakhon@gmail.com

Give the email address the account was registered with. The
account will be deleted within 30 days.
